1 Corinthians 16:2




There are many inspirational quotations and famous sayings about money. In fact, the Bible has much to say on the topic, including budgeting. The Bible specifically instructs us to budget and gives us consequences for not budgeting. There is also direction on how to budget. I would encourage you to meditate on these verses.

Proverbs 6:6-8
Go to the ant, you sluggard; consider its ways and be wise! It has no commander, no overseer or ruler, yet it stores its provisions in summer and gathers its food at harvest. (NIV)

Proverbs 21:5
The plans of the diligent lead to profit as surely as haste leads to poverty. (NIV)

Proverbs 22:3

Proverbs 24:3-4

Luke 14:28-30

1 Corinthians 16:2
